Ziplining is the newest gravity-fueled adventure out there! Guests travel at speeds while securely harnessed to an inclined steel cable.
How safe is ziplining?
Safety is our number priority, and we take the necessary precautions to ensure that your experience will be safe and enjoyable. Our construction, equipment and operations exceed all international safety requirements for tours of this nature, and our cables and equipment are checked daily by trained staff.
What do I wear?
We operate in most weather conditions (rain or shine), so please dress appropriately for the weather that day. Closed toe shoes must be worn, no sandals or flip-flips are allowed.

Are there any weight or height restrictions?
Guests must weigh between 27kg (60lbs) & 122kg (270lbs) and be at least 122cm (48") in height. This policy is strictly enforced for your own safety. Anyone under 18 years of age must have an adult co-sign their Release of Liability form.
Can I go ziplining if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately, pregnant women are unable to participate on tour.
What equipment do you provide?
We provide all of the satety equipment required on tour. Only equipment provided by Zoom Ziplines can be worn while out on tour, for example guests are unable to wear their own helmets.
What's your cancellation policy?
Make changes to your reservation
You can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours (72 hours for groups of 10 or more) prior to your tour departure.
Cancelling your reservation
A full refund will be given to cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance. No refunds will be given to 'no shows' or cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time. Group reservations (10 people or more) are required to give a minimum of 72 hours notice to receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control that limited our ability to operate. In these events, full refunds will be provided.
