What's ziplining?

Ziplining is the newest gravity-fueled adventure out there! Guests travel at speeds of up to 40mph while securely harnessed to an inclined steel cable.

How safe is ziplining?

Safety is our priority. Our construction, equipment and operations exceed all international safety requirements for tours of this nature. Our cables and equipment are checked daily and all of our guides are trained to ensure the safety of our guests are put first.

What are your operating hours?

We are open year-round, although throughout the off-peak season we only operate tours on Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays. If you would like to come on tour outside of our normal operating hours, please click on the following links for parties of 9 & under or 10 & above.

What do I wear?

We operate in most weather conditions (rain or shine), so please dress appropriately for the day's weather conditions. Closed toe shoes must be worn, no sandals or flip-flips are allowed. We recommend dressing in full winter gear during the colder months - including gloves, scarf, knit hat, winter jackets, pants and boots.

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

Guests must weigh between 60lbs (27kg) & 270lbs (122kg) and be at least 48" (122cm) in height.  This policy is strictly enforced for your own safety. Anyone under 18 years of age must have an adult co-sign their Release of Liability form.

Can I go ziplining if I am pregnant?

Unfortunately, pregnant women are unable to participate on this tour.

What equipment do you provide?

We provide all of the satety equipment required on tour. Only equipment provided by Zoom Ziplines can be worn while out on tour, for example guests are unable to wear their own helmets.

What is your address?

We are located at 200 Route 94 (McAfee/Vernon Rd) in Vernon, New Jersey. You can find us in the Cobble Stone Village at Mountain Creek - across the street from the new Red Tail Lodge and the Appalachian Hotel. 

Where do we park?

You can park in the Mountain Creek parking lots located on Route 94 at the entrance across from the Appalachian Hotel. Let the parking attendant know that you are here for Ziplining and they will waive the parking fee!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours (72 hours for groups of 10 or more) prior to your tour departure. A full refund will be given to cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance. No refunds will be given to 'no shows' or cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time. Group reservations (10 people or more) are required to give a minimum of 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. Guests are required to check-in at our reservation center at their scheduled tour time - failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled with no refund given.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control that limited our ability to operate. In these events, full refunds will be provided.
