Do I need a reservation?
Although walk-ins are accepted, reservations are required to guarantee we can accommodate your party.
Why is it called a tour, and what is it?
We refer to our zipline experience as a tour because you are led through our entire zipline course by trained guides. You first check-in and meet your guides at our office in the Cobble Stone Village. Your guides will then take you to our first zipline at the base of the mountain. From there you are transported to the top of the mountain via either an open-air gondola or shuttle bus where the tour continues with a series of 3 more ziplines that soar over a mountain lake- ranging from 750-1500 feet in length and reaching heights up to 200 feet above the lake! Guests are then led over a 200 foot suspension bridge and taken for a rugged ride back to the top of the mountain in a Mercedes Unimog.
How long is it?
The tour takes approximately 2 hours to complete depending on how many people are in your group. During the months of November and April when the gondola is not running, tours take approximately 3 hours.
What do I wear?
We operate in most weather conditions (rain or shine), so please dress appropriately for the day's weather conditions. Closed toe shoes must be worn, no sandals or flip-flips are allowed. We recommend dressing in full winter gear during the colder months - including gloves, knit hat, winter jackets, pants and boots.
